When you contact us regarding dates for your pet boarding and pet sitting, we will send you a 50% deposit invoice and a booking form. The deposit is required to secure your requested dates and is non refundable. Until the deposit has been paid, your dates will not be secured.
Once this has been confirmed, we will arrange a meet and greet at a convenient time for you. If you have booked your pet in for Home Boarding we ask that the visit takes place at our property in Swindon so you can see where he or she are staying.
Please fill in the booking form and email it back to us before the meet and greet. Also you will need to have your fur baby's vaccination book ready for us to check for insurance purposes.
We will send a final invoice which is due for payment 2 weeks before, this is non refundable unless due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances which are down to my sole discretion.
